Information for Shoot Managers

To make your shoot available for presquad by shooters:

1. Setup your shoot as normal in the SOS system.

   • Pro Tip: Options setup is not necessary to get your shoot visible, but the rest of the settings & event set up is required.

2. In the Shoot Settings > Details section:

   • Make sure the shoot is set to "Published"

   • Set your presquad start and end dates for shooters

   • Add your club's website URL

   • Add the URL to your shoot program (if posted on your website)

   • Add your name and contact email to the "Presquad Contact area

3. Send your shooters to www.sosclays.com, have them watch the SOS Prequad "how to" video found here.

To request that your shoot be available for SOS Silver Shootout Program:

This program is available for all State Shoots, ATA Satellite Grands and the PITA Grand Pacific.

SOS Clays will donate $500 worth of silver prizes for participating shoots (we recommend $300 worth for 1st and $200 worth for 2nd).  With the current market conditions for silver, we can commit to the dollar amount of the prizes, but not the actual ounces. We suggest pricing the option at $10 and make the option available on all the day’s events to allow for shooters to have multiple chances of having their name drawn to compete.  All the option money played by shooters stays with the organizers of the shoot.

Club/State requirements to receive the donation of silver:

1. Use of SOS Presquad & SOS Shoot Management system to run the shoot.

2. Provide a full-page ad for SOS Clays, for free, to promote the shootout and SOS Mobile app. SOS will provide the content.
