Information for Shoot Managers

To make your shoot available for presquad by shooters:

1. Setup your shoot as normal in the SOS system.

   • ​​​​​​​Pro Tip: Options setup is not necessary to get your shoot visible, but the rest of the settings & event set up is required.

2. In the Shoot Settings > Details section:

   • Make sure the shoot is set to "Published"

   • Set your presquad start and end dates for shooters

   • Add your club's website URL

   • Add the URL to your shoot program (if posted on your website)

   • Add your name and contact email to the "Presquad Contact area

3. Send your shooters to www.sosclays.com, have them watch the SOS Prequad "how to" video found here.
